Do you offer credit accounts?
Not at the moment. We accept purchase orders and pro-forma payment, and can consider invoice terms for well-established businesses on a case-by-case basis.
How is a pallet delivered?
By pallet freight to UK mainland addresses. You choose tail-lift (delivery to ground level) or kerbside. Free economy delivery takes 3–5 working days; next-day is available for £50.
Can I get a discount for multiple pallets?
Yes — from 2 pallets upward we offer a discount starting at 10% off, increasing with volume. Email us your required quantity for a tailored quote.
What's in a pallet?
A full pallet is 20 boxes of 32 stilts (640 stilts total, covering approx. 72m²). A half pallet is 15 boxes (480 stilts, approx. 54m²).
