1. Shipping Methods

We use trusted UK couriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

FREE Shipping (3-5 Business Days): Included on all UK orders at no extra cost.
Fast Track Delivery (1-2 Working Days): Available for just £7. Place your order by 2:30 PM (UK time) for same-day dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by logistics delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding UK holidays).
Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): FREE on all UK orders
Fast Track Delivery (1-2 Working Days): £7
International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders include a tracking number for monitoring.
Use the tracking number provided in your shipping email to check the status of your delivery.

Loft Stilts is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returned orders due to incorrect addresses may require reshipping fees.
